Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO military addresses.
Processing & Handling Time All cushions are handcrafted in Florida. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on the quantity ordered. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at benavidesteraciones@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
